Suggested Learning Projects:
→ Peer-to-Peer Coaching: The employee should interview two of his/her
peers during the next week. Their conversations with them should be
based on asking them about their most successful relationship related to
their work. How long have they had that relationship, and what has
made it so successful? They should then write down the responses that
they get from their peers and journal how they can take what they
learned in those conversations and apply it to his/her own work
relationships, and how those relationships can assist them in being
successful in their position.
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
→ Journal-Based Coaching: Have your coaching target keep journal
entries (in addition to those from the Learning Project) as they interact
with others at work, noting the current status of their work relationship
with each person and how they might improve it to benefit both
parties through building a long-standing relationship.
