they can utilize when asking for the sale. Then, practice the

conversation pieces with the individual in Role Play to help them

become comfortable in asking for the sale.

→ Teach Me: Ask the individual to walk you through three specific

scenarios in the coming week where they will implement the

conversation pieces to ask for the sale.

Suggested Learning Projects:

→ Tangible Successes: Have the individual come back to your next

coaching session with three examples of specific conversations that they

had where they successfully and confidently asked for the sale.

Supplemental Coaching Strategies:

→ 30-Second Coaching: As the individual becomes more confident and

consistent in asking for the sale, take 30 seconds to acknowledge their

efforts to improve. Share specific actions that they have taken and how

they have led to success.
