Suggested Learning Projects:
→ Peer-to-Peer Coaching: Have the individual meet with their most
resourceful peers in the coming weeks (the goal is one peer per week)
to discuss how they implement their resourcefulness into their sales
techniques and strategies. The goal of these conversations is for the
person you are coaching to learn about as many resources that they
have available to them as possible. They should discuss with their
peers the strategies and resources that they have found the most
success with and why. How will the person you are coaching implement
their takeaways from these conversations into building their own
resourcefulness?
→ Self-Directed Learning: Ask the individual to come back to your next
coaching session with three resources that they discovered on their own
during the week that they will implement in their sales technique going
forward. Discuss specific situations in which they will utilize these
resources and how they will do so.
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
→ 30-Second Coaching: Take 30 seconds to acknowledge the efforts
made by the individual to utilize new resources to find success in their
sales strategy. Share with them the specific actions you have observed
and let them know how their efforts are appreciated by you and
beneficial to their overall sale
