Suggestive Selling
Suggested Strategy: Ask a Define & Coach Question to make sure that
the individual you are coaching understands the expectations set for
them related to implementing suggestive selling.
Suggested Questions:
→ Define & Coach: How do you think you would specifically define what it
looks like to utilize suggestive selling?
→ Success Imperative: What actions do you think you must take to
successfully practice suggestive selling in your sales technique?
Suggested Activities:
→ Brainstorming: Work with the
individual to create conversation
pieces that they can utilize when
practicing suggestive selling. Have
them keep in mind specific
situations in which they can
implement them.
→ Role Play: Have the individual practice these conversation pieces with
you as though they were having a real sales conversation in which they
would implement suggestive selling. After the practice, have them give
themselves feedback on what they felt they did really well and what
they would like to improve on for their next conversation.
