the individual’s confidence in their performance abilities.
Suggested Questions:
→ Rating Question: On a scale of one to six, with six representing a total
confidence in your performance, and one representing the exact
opposite in having zero confidence, where would you rate yourself and
why?
→ Self-Actualized Question: What actions do you think we could take
together to help you reach a six?
Suggested Activities:
→ Brainstorming: Create a list together of times where the individual has
recently found success
based on their performance.
What do those successes
make the individual feel
related to their confidence?
How can the individual
harness those successes as
they happen to build their
confidence?
