Suggested Strategy: Use Whiteboard Coaching in a group setting to

build a unified team that supports each other as leaders invested in the

growth of their peers.

Suggested Questions:

→ Self-Actualized Question: What opportunities could be afforded to the

team when everyone is invested in the positive influence you can have

on each other?

→ Risk Question: What risks do you think you might assume when

that influence potentially could turn in a negative direction?

Suggested Activities:

→ Whiteboard Coaching: On the left side of a whiteboard, write down

how the group thinks that someone outside looking in would currently

describe their team dynamic. On the right side of the board, then write

down the group’s description of an ideal team. Erase the left side of the

board and have the group brainstorm actions that can be taken so that

they, as a team, can reach the ideal team description that they came up

with on the right-hand side of the board.
