→ Tangible Successes: Ask the individuals in the group to come back to
the next coaching session with three examples of specific actions taken
to implement efficiency and to keep the team on track.
→ Self-Directed Learning: Assign the team to come back to your next
coaching session with a list of ways in which they can implement
efficiency (phone calls, conversations, minimizing wasted time during
the day) and how they will specifically put efficiency into practice in
those situations.
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
→ Non-Verbal Coaching: As individuals on the team implement
strategies to be more efficient for their own benefit and the benefit of the
team, leave them a handwritten note at their workstations sharing
specific actions you have observed and how those actions are
appreciated by you.
