Suggested Strategy: Use Risk-Based and Rating Questions to bring
awareness to the effects that the individual’s actions could have on their
progress with the company.
Suggested Questions:
→ Rating Question: On a scale of one to six, with six representing a
complete adherence to punctuality and one representing the complete
opposite, where would you rate yourself and why?
→ Self-Actualized Question: What actions can we take together to help
you reach a six?
→ Risk Question: What risks do you think you might assume by not being
punctual at work?
Suggested Activities:
→ GOAL-Based Coaching: What does this person hope to become Great
at in their position with the company? What Opportunities might become
afforded to them by becoming great? What Actions related to
punctuality must they take to bring those opportunities within reach?
What will this person Love about reaching their goals?
