get things done. However, that stress needs to be managed to work
FOR you, not against you. Help your employee discover their stressors
and how to manage them to be their most effective and productive
selves.

successfully integrate stress management
techniques into your daily schedule to

→ Define & Coach: Come up with a shared set of stress-management
techniques they can use when it comes to dealing with stress to develop
their time management. Discuss the importance of understanding what
stresses them, how to acknowledge that stress, andways to cope and
disseminate that stress in order to move on.
