This will ensure that expectations for frequency, consistency, and
strategy are known by both parties.

good things? What do you think the expectations are, as outlined by
your position, related to consistency and frequency for bringing in people
for the good things?
→ Risk Question: What risks do you think you might assume by not
bringing people in consistently to celebrate positive things?
→ Success Imperative: What actions will you take going forward to use
your strategy for bringing in people for the good things to help the team
become the most successful version of itself that it can be?
