Coaching to aid the team in building a stronger understanding of why
transparency amongst members of the team is vital to the team’s
progress and success.
Suggested Questions:
→ Rating Question: On a scale of one to six, with six representing 100%
transparency in what we are all working on and our progress and one
being that we keep to ourselves regarding what we are accomplishing
and working on, where would you rate our team and why?
→ Success Imperative: What actions might you need to take to
successfully implement transparency with the rest of the team?
→ Risk Question: What risks do you think you might mitigate by putting
those actions into practice and being completely transparent with the
rest of the team on your progress and ideas?
Suggested Activities:
→ GOAL-Based Coaching: What does the employee strive to become
Great at? What Opportunities might be afforded to them as a result of
becoming great? What Actions must they take related to transparency
with the rest of the team to take part in helping the group reach their
goals? What will the individuals in the group Love about reaching these
goals (this is their emotional or personal attachment to the goal)?
