→ Brainstorming: After the employee shares their responses with you,

work directly with them to set a strategy together for practicing

transparency while addressing their goals.

Suggested Learning Projects:

→ Peer-to-Peer Coaching: Assign the individual to meet with a new peer

each week as a check-in session for transparency in what they are

working on, what they have accomplished, and where their progress

has led them in terms of the team’s goals. The employee should come

back to your next coaching session prepa red to share their peer’s

progress, as well as what their peer has been successful in

accomplishing.

Supplemental Coaching Strategies:

→ 30-Second Coaching: Take 30 seconds to acknowledge the

individual’s transparency as they share their progress or ideas with the

team. Let them know specifically what actions they took and why those

actions are important and appreciated by you.
