where they are to hand off tasks or projects. Have them discuss their
strategy for follow-up and strong communication during those times.

→ 30-Second Coaching: Reinforce efforts made by the employee to trust
others when things are beyond their control. Take 30 seconds to
verbally acknowledge specific actions taken by individuals that
strengthen the trust between them and their other teams.
