to keep a running journal with entries noting things that they feel they
have improved upon, and which things they feel like they still need to
improve and how they plan to improve those things. What differences
do they notice in their interactions with members as they become more
confident in their conversational abilities? What benefits are they
extracting as a result of their efforts to improve?
