Suggested Learning Projects:

→ Peer-to-Peer Coaching: Assign the individual to meet with two peers each week to teach them about online access from a member

standpoint. They should ask their peers for feedback after they teach

them how to use member online access, features and benefits. They

should email you afterward, copying the peer they just taught as an

accountability technique, to explain the feedback they received as well

as what strategy they took to practice confidence in their demonstration.

→ Self-Directed Learning: Assign the individual to explore your member online access platform for about ten minutes each day in the coming

week. Their objective is to learn new things about the platform that they

can teach to those that require it. They should also seek out any

information that your location provides on member online access and

study it. Discuss at your next coaching session what they learned and

how they plan to apply their newly attained knowledge in teaching

members about their online access in the future.
