→ Peer-to-Peer Coaching: Assign the teller to meet with a peer once in the coming week. Their meeting should consist of an interview asking
the peer about how they ensure that they follow security protocol at all
times. What practices does their peer have in place that they can take
away from this meeting to put into practice in their own daily routines.
Be prepared to discuss their findings at your next coaching session.
→ Practice: Put the chips activity into practice during the coming week. You can practice with all members of the teller line to make it a
competition!
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
→ 30-Second Coaching : Take 30 seconds to verbally acknowledge improvements made by the teller in practicing security protocol –
specifically let them know what actions they took to follow security
measures and when they can keep all of their chips during the day.
