station organized, and what differences they notice when their teller

station is less organized. The teller that you are coaching should come

back to your next coaching session with the answers to these

questions, along with two takeaways from each conversation that they

can put into practice in keeping their own teller station organized.

Supplemental Coaching Strategies:

→ Non-Verbal Coaching: Leave this person a hand-written note on their teller station when you observe an improvement in the organization of

their station. Be specific in letting them know what differences you

have noticed and how their actions will be beneficial.
