Suggested Learning Projects:
→ Peer-to-Peer Coaching: Pair up the group members and assign them
to meet with their partner twice per week to discuss their successes and
struggles during the week in dealing with changes that have come their
way. At each of your upcoming coaching sessions, have them discuss
what they learned from their peers and any strategies that they found to
be the most successful in navigating change.
→ Tangible Successes: Each week at the end of the week, assign for
each member to email you three examples of where they felt they
adapted to a change or a
curveball during the week well,
and how that adaptation will aid
them in reaching the goal of
100% complete success.They
must Carbon Copy all members
of the team on this email as a
practice in accountability.
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
→ Non-Verbal Coaching: As individuals on the team become better able
to adapt to change, leave handwritten notes at their desks to share your
observations of their efforts and the positive impact that their success
has had on the team as a whole.
