to the impact that they might have on their peers or other departments

when missing deadlines and the perception that might give others of

their habits.

Suggested Questions:

→ Third-Party Question: How do you think others that you interact with at work would describe your ability to meet deadlines consistently? → Risk Question: What risks do you think you might mitigate by ensuring that you are meeting deadlines and having a positive impact on those

that you work with?

Suggested Activities:

→ GOAL-Based Coaching: What does this person specifically strive to become Great at in their position? What Opportunities might be

opened up to them as a result of reaching greatness? What specific

actions must the individual take to make those opportunities a reality?

What will the employee Love about reaching these goals? How will

setting an improvement plan for reaching deadlines on a consistent

basis help this person get even closer to reaching their goals?

→ Discussion: Ask the employee to share three specific deadlines that they have coming up and what specific actions they will take (and

WHEN) to reach those deadlines.
