→ Group Discussion: Have the team share the strategies that they used in their practice discussions with their peers and how they felt each strategy brought success to the situation. Narrow down the list to the four or five most successful strategies and have the group practice them outside of your coaching session.
Suggested Learning Projects:

practice activity, assign the members of the group to
meet with their partner twice perweek to check in on the
strategies being used to adapt to the new
changes that are happening. They should discuss their
successes as well as their challenges in navigating the
new technology or innovation. At your next coaching
session, discuss what they learned from their peers.
→ Tangible Successes: Have the team members come
back to your nextcoaching session with two or three
specific examples of their own success in navigating the
new technology or innovation they are faced
with.
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
→ 30-Second Coaching: Let members of the team know when they are
making positive strides toward the goal of complete success. Take 30
seconds to tell them specifically what they’ve done well and how their
actions are appreciated by you and the team.
