→ Group Discussion: Have the team share the strategies that they used in their practice discussions with their peers and how they felt each strategy brought success to the situation. Narrow down the list to the four or five most successful strategies and have the group practice them outside of your coaching session.

Suggested Learning Projects:

→ Peer-to-Peer Coaching: Using the pairs from the

practice activity, assign the members of the group to

meet with their partner twice perweek to check in on the

strategies being used to adapt to the new

changes that are happening. They should discuss their

successes as well as their challenges in navigating the

new technology or innovation.At your next coaching

session, discuss what they learned from their peers.

→ Tangible Successes: Have the team members come

back to your nextcoaching session with two or three

specific examples of their own success in navigating the

new technology or innovation they are faced

with.

Supplemental Coaching Strategies:

→ 30-Second Coaching: Let members of the team know when they are

making positive strides toward the goal of complete success. Take 30

seconds to tell them specifically what they’ve done well and how their

actions are appreciated by you and the team.
