Intended Audience
It sounds cliché to talk about open-ended versus closed-ended questions and there is no greater question than one that starts with the word “ what ” . What keeps the responses open and on a level playing field; whereas, if a person were to start with “ why ” , that type of question could put people unnecessarily on the defensive. This session will teach how to embed “what” into one ’s questioning skills when coaching from a leadership perspective.
