Retirement Announcement
For the first time ever, a retirement was announced on Facebook Live! Hosted by Vice President of Procurement and Int’l Business, Tom Fallon, this past June, Master Sculptor, HikoMaeda physically broke the various molds required to create I Believe In You , honoring this sweet piece with retirement status. This means this figurine can never again be produced in the same form. Tom and Hiko also took some time to answer questions from collectors and to announce a contest – viewers were invited to comment on the video for their chance to win one of five signed I Believe In You figurines. Congratulations to the lucky winners! Amazingly, nearly 44,000 people have been reached by this video. More than 1,000 have already “reacted” with a like or a love, and almost 800 have commented! If you missed it live, but would like to watch the mold breaking, it can be viewed on the official Precious Moments Facebook page. Another retirement took place at the Family Reunion Event at the Precious Moments Chapel in June.
