Overview The transformation of the digital world has brought convenience but also challenges related to illegal content, user protection, and operational transparency. The European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA) aims to address these challenges by establishing a regulatory framework for digital services. The DSA sets out rules on how digital service providers can be informed of illegal content, which they will then have to take down.
