Executive Summary

3 focus groups were held between 22-26 November 2021, facilitated by ODaC, with an aim to deep dive into the mainly quantitative People and Culture results of the People Matter Survey conducted August/September 2021. All team members from People and Culture were invited to participate. 61 team members attended.
