Hotel & accommodations The conference hotel, the Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City, offers a blend of luxury, convenience, and refined service. Rooms are available at a special IMGL rate of US$359 per night (plus tax), and early booking is strongly recommended to secure availability at the discounted price. Located adjacent to the Pentagon City Metro station and just minutes from downtown Washington, D.C., the Ritz-Carlton provides seamless access to the conference program and to the city’s renowned cultural and political districts. Attendees can enjoy high-end amenities, spacious guest rooms, and a variety of dining and relaxation options within the hotel. Wednesday, April 29

The conference opens with IMGL’s Member Meeting, followed by the Opening Reception, where colleagues reconnect and first-time attendees meet the IMGL community. This welcome event sets the tone for the days ahead – warm, collaborative, and energetically focused on the future of gaming law.

Thursday, April 30

The second day continues with a full program of keynotes, panels, and a networking luncheon, offering rich discussion and practical takeaways.
