• Full payment of your estimated bill is payable no later than 14 days before your event . • Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit card, cheque or wire transfer.

• Estimated number of guests must be confirmed at the time of booking. Final numbers must be confirmed at least 1 month prior to your event. • Events are generally not held on festive holidays such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day, News Year's Eve, New Year's Day. Exceptions may apply based on hotel occupancy and event size. • A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 USD is required to secure your event • For group room reservations, the Group Leader can hold accommodation for guests where rooms are individually paid or together as a group. A rooming list is required no later than 30 days before arrival. Rooms not reserved from the group block will be released for general sale. • A group accommodation cancellation policy applies. (Outlined in accommodation contract) • The client will be responsible for any damage caused in public areas by client, guests or outside vendors/suppliers. • The hotel accepts no responsibility for damage to equipment, goods or other property left on premises. •Live entertainment is offered on Monday, Thursday and Saturday nights. Therefore, all speeches at events locate din the restaurant must be concluded by 8pm. • Availability is based on the date requested, the number of persons in attendance and required space. • External food and beverage products cannot be Brough on property, however exceptions apply for speciality items such as cake.
