“My journey with FPTW started in 1997 when I broke a bone in my foot. The doctor wanted to do some surgery - I came to Butch instead. From that point on, Butch was “The Man”. His depth of knowledge is endless. As I have gotten older, I was worried- what

would I do when Butch retires? Have no fear Jillian Epifania is here! Jillian is awesome. She is a professional who is gentle, caring, and always has a smile on her face which helps put you at ease. Getting to know the Purslow Family has been a delight. In 2011, I started the Weight Loss and Conditioning Program with Butch. When Rich took over the WLIC; he became my “taskmaster” helping me to understand the combo of exercising and eating. Rich has a knack of pushing you to your limits but still having fun doing it. I have also been able to avail myself of the other services that FPTW offers: Nutritionist Anthony Licari and Massage Therapist Margie Magee. Anthony (The Lean Regime) knows the ins and outs of putting the correct foods together to help me have the best success in my weight loss and healthy eating. Margie (Massage for Life) has helped keep me flexible and my muscles in tune by a massage when I desire. Most important, I cannot forget to mention Gloria and Sean. They are the special people that keep FPTW running smoothly. As a retired person, I am very thankful to all the professionals at FPTW for helping me stay healthy and fit. SHINCY THOMAS

Shincy’s favorite food is Korean, and she loves her hot pot.

In her free time, Shincy likes to play with her nieces and nephews. She also enjoys painting and reading a good book. Her favorite part of working at FPTW is her coworkers, but she loves helping the patients more than anything.

Bharati’s favorite food is a plate of Indian Roti, Vegitable, Rice, and Dal (Bean Soup). In her free time, she likes to relax and watch TV, but once summertime is here she loves to be outdoors and enjoys barbecuing. Her favorite part about coming to Farmingdale Physical Therapy West was meeting all of the different people here.
