KOMPLEKS VINARIJE OBUHVATA DVA RESTORANA – „Šapat“ i ugostiteljski dijamant „Fleur de Sel“. Opremljeni su prema najvišim standardima, nudeći savršen ambijent za uživanje u autentičnoj hrani i prvorazrednoj vinskoj kar- ti. Elegantna estetika, pažnja prema svakom detalju i spek- takularan pogled na Dunav, doprinose jedinstvenom karak- teru ovog mesta. Restoran „Fleur de Sel“ dobitnik je renomirane nagra- de za vinsku listu „Best of Award of Excellence“ za 2024. godinu koju dodeljuje „Wine Spectator“. Ovo priznanje, ko- je je zaslužilo samo 1.500 restorana u svetu, predstavlja vr- hunac izvrsnosti u vinskim programima, a „Fleur de Sel“ po- stao je jedini restoran u Srbiji kojem je ono dodeljeno. Na najprestižnijem ocenjivanju vina na svetu u Londo- nu, čuveni vinski magazin „Decanter“ ove godine dodelio je zlato Atila Chardonnay-u 2022 Ateljea vina „Šapat“ davši mu visoku ocenu od 95 poena. U portfoliju Ateljea vina „Šapat“ je osam vinskih etike- ta, od kojih premijum liniju Atila čine Atila Chardonnay, Atila Sauvignon i Caberne Sauvignon. Tu su još i Bianca, Šu-Šu, Chardonnay, Magnus i Pi. Novina u ponudi ovog gastro- nomskog parčeta raja na obali Dunava je „speakeasy" kok- tel bar, koji Ateljeu vina daje jednu sasvim novu dimenziju. Osmišljena je i posebna koktel karta sa 12 „signature“ kok- tela, pružajući široku paletu aroma i ukusa.

Equipped in ac- cordance with the highest standards, it provides the perfect am- bience to enjoy authentic food and a top-class wine list. Contributing to the unique atmosphere of this place are its elegant aesthetics, attention paid to every detail and a spectacular view of the Danube. The wine list of Fleur de Sel Restaurant received the renowned award “Best of Award of Excellence” 2024, which is presented by Wine Spectator magazine. This accolade, which has been bestowed on only 1,500 restaurants worldwide, represents the pinnacle of ex- cellence in wine programmes, while Fleur de Sel is the only restau- rant in Serbia to have received it. The world’s most prestigious wine competition, held in London, this year saw famous wine magazine Decanter award a gold me- dal to Šapat Wine Atelier’s Atila Chardonnay 2022 wine, giving it an extremely high rating of 95 points. Šapat Wine Atelier’s portfolio of wines includes eight labels, wi- th its Atila premium line consisting of Atila Chardonnay, Atila Sauvi- gnon and Cabernet Sauvignon. Other wines on offer include Bianca, Šu-Šu, Chardonnay, Magnus and Pi. One new addition to the offer of this slice of gastronomic heaven on the banks of the Danube is the speakeasy cocktail bar, which creates a completely new dimensi- on at the Wine Atelier. A special cocktail menu containing 12 signatu- re cocktails has also been designed and offers a wide range of aro- mas and flavours.
