It is highly recommended companies: Assess which criteria of the Guidance apply to your organization's supply chain. Clearly communicate the requirements of this Guidance to suppliers, who should demonstrate their capability to comply. It is highly recommended companies: Establish sustainable material supply chains within the exhibition industry. With the sustainable supply chains in place, collaborate with supply chains to increase capacity for sustainable/reusable alternatives. ☐ ☐

Encourage supply chains to manage emissions in their production facilities. Continually invest in research on more sustainable material alternatives. Phase out and consider banning problematic materials such as: Wood based products with high formaldehyde emissions.
