Objectives:
• To learn frameworks and approaches for motivating others effectively. • To identify new tools for using goals, rewards, and incentives to drive performance. • To discuss how these tools could be applied to facilitate the achievement of strategic objectives in the Air Force.

We will discuss these, among others, as part of our session: 1. What motivates you at work? What de-motivates you? 2. How do you motivate your subordinates to get them to deliver their best work? What generational differences, if any, have you observed in what motivates older and younger workers? 3. What does the Air Force do well when it comes to managing its human capital? What could be done better?
