Fascinated by the “dark side” of history, Jon Jones has explored Birmingham’s Peaky Blinders gang for his series of monochromatic portraits. All masterfully printed on high quality canvas, these three new hand-signed limited edition prints were created using the giclée printing process, which involves spraying microscopic dots of pigment-based ink to emulate the incredible detail of the original painting. Each piece is then varnished by hand. “The eyes tell so much of the story – they can show anger, they can show sadness, they can show so much emotion.” – Jon Jones
