Thank you for your interest in our 19th Annual Lemke Cattle Bull and Heifer Sale! What a year it’s been! As I write this letter, one year ago today Dad was having one of the worst days of his life, in recovery from his brain surgery on January 11, while I was in my first year of being back on the ranch full-time. After such uncertain and turbulent times in 2024, we are Welcome to Lemke Cattle
thankful Dad is safe and sound as we begin 2025! With great sadness, we lost each of my Grandpa’s this past summer, Jack Lemke and Francis Vineyard. They each left great memories and legacies that will not be soon forgotten. This fall, Mom retired from her job, and Dad and I (and our stomachs) have loved having her here full-time. My eldest sister, Sammy, and her husband, Matt, have recently moved back to Lawrence, and we could not be more thrilled! Despite loss and troubling times through this past year, we have been greatly blessed as we look toward the future! We are mighty excited about this year’s offering! This set is filled with future herd sires that we believe will excel in many facets of the industry. Whether you are looking for power and performance, calving ease, maternal excellence, structural soundness, phenotype, end product merit, or anything in between, we believe this offering has the bull to satisfy your needs!
Sincerely, Tanner Lemke
