Portfolio of Learning & Growth
Description: As we near the close of our ʻ Ōiwi Leadership journey, you are invited to reflect on your growth and learning through a Portfolio of Learning & Growth. This is your chance to look inward and outward —acknowledging the insights you’ve gained, the ways you’ve grown, and what you’re carrying forward into your leadership journey.
Your portfolio should include reflections on: What did I learn? How have I grown? What do I want to carry forward in my journey?
Format:
NOTE: Your portfolio can be as simple as a binder with your worksheets, notes, and other materials from the program, along with a short reflection addressing the questions above. Or, feel free to get creative and explore other formats or media that speak to you.
Due Date: You will share your portfolio with the group at Hō ʻ ike on June 13 , during our final session (before the celebration). This is a space for honoring your process and your leadership.
