As a peer consultancy partner use the prompts to explore your peers’ mindset, intention, and approach: Clarify the Scenario What are you hoping to achieve in this situation? What are the key dynamics or challenges you anticipate? Who else is involved, and what do they care about? Explore the Water Analogy What does your chosen water metaphor (e.g., flowing like a river, being still like a lake, breaking like a wave) mean to you? How does that way of “being water” serve you in this scenario? What might help you stay in that form when pressure or tension arises? Support Reflection When have you shown up like this before? What helped you then? What might get in the way of showing up how you want to? What mindset, posture, or energy will support you in embodying that water form? Guiding Questions for Peer Consultancy
