Carpentry Program EDISON CAREER AND TECHNOLOGY HIGH SCHOOL
Carpenters work on various construction projects, from highways and bridges to kitchen cabinets. This course prepares students for a career in the building trades through both theory and hands-on experience. Students will use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry materials like lumber, roofing products, and hardware. They will develop skills in rough and roof framing, finish work, blueprint reading, math, and estimating.
