R A N C H B U R G , NJ — Remco Re- alty Group, a North Brunswi ck New Jersey based bro- kerage and p r o p e r t y m a n a g e - ment firm, has recently c omp l e t ed the sale of a 30,000 s/f office building B Peter Gallicchio NGKF hires Mark Fowler as managing director EAST BRUNSWICK , NJ — Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) has hired Mark Fowler as a m a n a g - ing director, specializing in represent- ing office and i n d u s t r i a l tenants and landlords in Monmouth, Middlesex and Mercer Counties. Fowler, with more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience, has completed over 1.5 million s/f in transactions totaling more than $200 mil- lion across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He joins NGKF from Weichert Commercial Brokerage , where, as senior vice presi- dent, he was consistently a top-producing broker. In 2010, he was awarded ‘Broker of the Year’ by Weichert Commercial Brokerage and also by RXR. Notable assignments in- clude representing Axis Re- insurance in multiple leases in New Jersey and New York, including a 121,000 s/f lease in Manhattan. Fowler has worked on behalf of such well- known property owners as M Gordon Construction , and Onyx Equities. Fowler is a board member of the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and the In- dustrial and Office Real Es- tate Association . He earned a bachelor’s degree in business studies from the University of Westminster in England, and graduated the real estate certificate program from the Kislak Real Estate Institute at Monmouth University. n Mark Fowler

specific user groups such as; architectural, engineering, environmental, market- ing, printing, mechanical contracting, pharmaceuti- cal, biotech, construction management, medical and educational. We received interest from several companies, and within 60 days arrived at fully executed contracts with a local pharmaceutical com- pany, who will renovate and occupy the entire property.
