GHS Sum- mit, LLC purchased the office building from Crawford Leas- ing, LLC for $1.45 million. “1788 Wilmington Pike is a 14,500 +/- s/f office building in a highly desirable location,” said Soss. “The building meets the buyer’s needs as both a site for their business and an attractive investment property. “The property is just south of the new 29.5 acre development where a 140,000 s/f Wegmans store and 40,000 s/f of addi- tional retail space are currently under construction. West Chester, PA — KarMar Realty Group , Inc. has announced the sale of two buildings, 720 & 908 Old Fern Hill Rd., West Chester. The property located at 720 is a two- story, 6,800 +/- s/f office build- ing on 3.2 acres. The property on 908 Old Fern Hill Rd. is a 15,800 +/- s/f flex building on 2.75 acres. Fern Hill Rd.
