70 lease agreements in the second half of 2014 Liberty Property Trust’s SE PA Region leases more than 750,000 s/f of space

alvern, PA — Liberty Property Trust has signed

more than 70 lease agree- ments in the second half of 2014, representing more than 750,000 s/f of activity in SE PA. “Momentum was strong in the second half of 2014. Our leasing teamhas been working overtime managing increased prospect activity and the ex- ecution of large leases in the Horsham, King of Prussia and Malvern submarkets,” said Tony Nichols , VP and city manager of Liberty’s South- eastern PA portfolio. “We are looking forward to con- tinued activity in southeast PA through 2015. A major influencer is that tenants are really beginning to feel the positive benefits derived from the widening of Rte. 202 at Rte. 29, and the slip ramps for the PA-Tpke. around the Malvern based Great Valley Corporate Center.” Notable leases completed in the second half of 2014 include: TNS US, LLC signed a new lease for 39,480 s/f at 700 Dresher Rd. in Horsham. Mi- chael Sweeney represented Liberty and Rija Beares and Michael Bronstein of CBRE represented TNS. MobilexUSA renewed a lease for 25,098 s/f at 101-111 Rock Rd. in Horsham. Mi- chael Sweeney represented Liberty and Dennis Durkin and Bryan Smith of CBRE represented Symphony Diag- nostic Services No. 1. LRA Worldwide, Inc. signed a new lease for 16,508 s/f at 5 Walnut Grove Dr. in Hor- sham. Sweeney represented Liberty and Paul French of Avison Young represented LRA Worldwide. At 220-240 Gibraltar Rd. in Horsham, Morningstar Credit Ratings signed a new lease for 16,491 s/f, and Severn Trent Services signed a new lease for 14,874 s/f, both at 220 Gibraltar Rd. Sweeney repre- sented Liberty in both transac- tions while Rija Beares from CBRE represented Morning- star, and John Shelly, Gina Brennan and Paul Garvey of Cushman & Wakefield represented Severn Trent.
