Welcome to the Roadshow! On behalf of everyone here at the Roadshow, we would like to express how excited we are to be back in Rockland and Hawkesbury. During our tour of Southern Ontario, we have seen an abundance of unique items coming into our shows. The history of this country never ceases to amaze us, as local citi- zens have continuously brought us extraordinary treasures that we have purchased. We invite everyone to bring in their items, free of charge, and sit down with an expert and have them exam- ined. We are looking to purchase a variety ofAntiques, Collect- ibles, and Precious Metals (Gold, Sterling Silver, Coins with Silver Content). We are expecting to see hundreds of people walk through our doors during this event, and we are look- ing forward to writing hundreds of cheques! We look forward to seeing you at the Roadshow! He added,“The Roadshow is great because it puts m one y in people’s pockets, especiall y during such hard ti m es. Lots of ite m s that are just sitting around collect- ing dustin base m ents and jewelr y bo x es can be e x changed for m one y , on the spot! ” At another Roadshow event, a wo m an walked in with a tin full of hundreds of old coins that were given to her as a y oung child b y her grandfather. She finall y decided to co m e in to the Roadshow and see what he had given her. She was ecstatic to learn she had coins dating back to the late 1800’s, so m e of which were e x tre m e- l y rare. Roadshow consultant Ra ym ond Flack e x plains “We had uncovered an 1871 Queen Victoria 50 Cent piece, valued at over $2,000!! She also had a nice assort m ent of coins that were not rare dates, but she was able to sell the m for their silver content”. All in all, Roadshow custo m er Linda Donaldson was able to cash in with $4,500! “I’ m so happ y ,” Linda e x plains, “I never would have thought that my old tin of coins was worth so m uch! I can finall y afford to renovate my kitchen.” Ra ym ond Flack continued, “Canadian coins prior to 1967, and

A fter a successful week in Jacksons Point, the roadshow has arrived back in Rockland and Hawkesbur y ! So y ou better search through y our attics and base m ents, go through y our lock bo x es and jewelr y , because y ou m a y be sitting on a s m all fortune and not evenknow it! She was ver y e x cited when she was able to walk awa y with a cheque for over $2,100 for jewelr y she was never going to wear an y wa y s.
