Located 149 miles from Las Vegas, 36 miles from the St George Airport and 42 miles from Zion National Park, Apple Valley is a short distance to all a family might need.
What equipment will the Equestrian Center feature? The Equestrian Center will feature a 20-stall barn, as well as 36 outdoor stalls. There will be three arenas - one for jumping, one for Western and Dressage, and a turn-out arena. The facilities will also offer two double wash racks, grooming areas, a hot walker, and a round pen, in addition to the vet facilities, farm store, and hay fields. What music equipment will the Creative Cultural Center feature? The high-tech recording studio will offer access to the best tools and engineers in the industry. Professional production services are available from audio and mix engineers to produce any genre of music, as well as film scores and commercials. The studio will house an extensive collection of high- tech recording equipment, including the widely acclaimed microphone, the Neumann U87 Ai Rhodium Edition, the mic of choice when striving for ultimate clarity.
How many total residences will be in Mountain Valley Estates? There will be 36 homesites in Phase One. All homes will be southwestern adobe style.
What about water? Mountain Valley Estates receives its water directly from the Canaan Springs, which are located to the east of the development and descend from the Canaan Mountains. Spring water is widely considered the best type of drinking water for its refreshing, pure taste, and our water is no exception. Water conservation is integral to the planning, design, and execution of Mountain Valley Estates. Our water conservation program requires all homes to be WaterSense certified using the HERS H 2 0® system for rating whole-house water efficiency, which measures both indoor and outdoor water use. By achieving a HERS H 2 0® score of 70 or less and meeting a few simple additional requirements, builders can receive approval to label their homes as WaterSense certified.
