My stay at the Shangri-La Bosphorus Istanbul was a truly exceptional experience. The hotel is magnificent, very elegant, and the entire staff provides impeccable service. Breakfast was fantastic — not only was the variety and quality excellent, but the staff made sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt welcome and comfortable throughout. They were proactive, friendly, and genuinely caring, which made a big difference in starting our day on such a positive note. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hammam and our treatment session. The experience was wonderful from start to finish, and the spa staff demonstrated great professionalism and warmth. They took the time to explain each step and made sure we felt relaxed and cared for at all times.
