Staying at the Shangri-La Istanbul was nothing short of stunning. The hotel exceeded all expectations — from the elegant design to the impeccable service, every detail was perfect. The rooms are clean, luxurious, elegant, and relaxing to the max. I spent the best 9 nights at the hotel. The service is beyond imagination , the cleaning is excellent twice a day, and the workers are honest and helpful. Security is accurate and smiling and gives high management control in the yard and outside or at the door and the security rate is high. A hotel that I highly recommend. It has a high level of sophistication and luxury that is difficult for any hotel to match. The hotel will seal your file with the highest levels of luxury you wish for.
The staff and waiters are very attentive and know their job very well. We were very pleased. It is on my list of places to go again at the first opportunity. The breakfast is very nice, there was even smoked salmon with avocado. Unlimited tea and coffee was included. We sat at the restaurant today, I don't comment easily but I couldn't help but say it.
