It was an amazing comfortable stay. Staff very very warm and helpful in every way specially since it was an almost 2 week stay and I had gone under a medical procedure. Can’t wait to return!! This is was one of best experience , excellent stuff and services . See you again and thanks for all We amazed by food quality and service. The waiter explained all the menu for us and really made our night. Highly recommended (Shang Palace).
The service we were provided with as Horizon Club guests was possibly the best service we have ever received in any hotel anywhere , and we have stayed in some top end hotels. You have a great hotel and great staff. We had an amazing stay at Shangri La . The staff were amazing and attentive and very good with the kids. Everyone I made contact was nice. positive and interested in my comfort and attention to my needs. Many of the staff recognized me from previous visits.
I had a marvelous experience at your hotel. Absolutely loved how I was treated from everyone. The doormen, checking in at the reception desk, checking out at the reception desk, management, restaurants, waiters...incredible. Bring greeted wherever I was with respect and big smiles . My room was wonderful. Spacious and very clean. The entire staff were welcoming, genuine and warm. I was very lucky to meet such people . Lovely hotel with luxurious surroundings. Very accommodating with helping us with booking is with the tour guide and and our driver. I heartily recommend this hotel and will definitely stay at this hotel when I come back to Istanbul. If I ever stay at another Shangri, I will hopefully experience the high standards that this hotel established. Thank you to all.
I can say that the hotel is at the highest level in every subject. The sincerity and friendliness of the hotel staff was very sincere and very nice. Especially Ms. Sudem, the lady who gave me her metrobus card, the gentleman at the door and the kipinghouse staff were very attentive. After 1 month, I can't wait to go back to this hotel with my family 😍 😍
We chose it as a family for the holiday. We are glad we did, it is a perfect hotel. The employees are smiling, sincere, respectful. We loved everyone. It is spotlessly clean, the decoration is wonderful. We found our home in Istanbul. We recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone. We thank everyone who contributed and wish you continued success.
