I know Houghton Regis pretty well and really like the town. These houses are in a semi-rural location, which is just what I’m after, really. I’ll be a short drive from my parents, which they’ll love. I’m sure we’ll see each other all the time, so I know I won’t feel isolated. There’s some good shopping and facilities in town, while Luton is only a 15-minute drive. My best friends are in Luton and Dunstable, so it’s perfect for getting to each other. I would be able to afford a house here with Shared Ownership, which is really exciting.
