Research Paper Apply the knowledge you've gained on the course with a 6,000 word research paper. Your investigation of a contemporary topic will develop your theoretical and practical understanding of current problems in this area, as well as your research and communication skills. This is your opportunity to demonstrate how you would work as a manager in reality, as you detail the decision's you would make – and why. Internship This course offers the opportunity to self-source a summer internship, to increase your employability by applying your theoretical learnings to a real-world industry setting. The Internship module is an alternative to a traditional Research Paper to complete your course.
Entry requirements: 2:1 (or international equivalent) achieved in any subject area at Undergraduate level. If English is not your first language, please note that you must meet a minimum overall standard in a recognised test of English. Why MSc Management? Our MSc Management is an intensive and immersive course that brings together the different disciplines within business and management, helping you accelerate our development to leadership roles in large companies, as an entrepreneur, or in making an impact in mid-size firms and family enterprises. This management course has been fine-tuned to equip you with the skills, knowledge and hands-on experience to flourish in the world of business management. Discover what it means to lead and manage a business, and how to bring together the teams and skillsets needed to make great decisions and successfully implement them in today’s highly competitive global markets. We focus on developing you as an individual, as well as enhancing your collaboration skills with others. Learning theory is only one facet required to become a successful global leader, we’ll develop your employability factor and prepare you to make an impact in the real world. International study Gain an awareness of international business culture first-hand on our International Management module. Previous locations have included Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management; HEC, Paris; IE Business School, Madrid; Bocconi University, Milan; and the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business.
Assessment and modules Over three terms you will complete six core modules, alongside four optional modules designed to help you focus on your own areas of interest. Assessment of these modules will vary, and you could be assessed by group presentation, peer assessment, individual assignment, or examination. Specialism Our wide range of optional elective modules allows you to tailor your course of study to reflect the focus you want to follow. Alongside the content of the course, you can choose to specialise in entrepreneurship by selecting two specialist electives and basing your Research Paper within this area. On completion, you will gain a letter of acknowledgement from the Dean of Warwick Business School to confirm your success in entrepreneurship. Modules will include:
