At Case Barnett Law, our mission is to help every person who comes through our door. Most of these people become our clients, and we are able to help them by taking on their cases. However, there have been many times when we meet someone who needs help in an area we don’t work in. When this happens, we are proud to offer them our Expert Directory. This directory lists experienced individuals who are leaders in their fields. It includes financial advisors, certified public accountants, bookkeepers, contractors, engineers, real estate agents, interior designers, and, most notably, attorneys who specialize in other areas of the law. Many clients have used our directory to find lawyers for cases involving DUIs, divorce, or estate planning and hire them to handle the cases we can’t take on. Spicy, Creamy Sweet Potatoes

5 pounds sweet potatoes 1 cup canned coconut milk
Ingredients
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
Directions
Directions 1. Heat oven to 375 F. On a large sheet pan, bake potatoes until very soft, approximately 75 minutes. 2. Let potatoes cool until they are safe to handle, then peel and mash. 3. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine coconut milk and curry paste. Once mixed, add the mixture, salt, half the sugar, and half the butter to potatoes. 4. 30 minutes before serving, heat oven to 425 F. Spread potatoes in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. 5. Uncover potatoes and dot with remaining butter and sugar. Broil until brown, crusty, and delicious. Serve hot.
