Last month's issue discussed the difference between loving and cherishing your spouse. Here are some suggestions for ways in which women can cherish their husbands and men can cherish their wives:

3 Support her dreams, goals, and purpose: Your wife is an individual with her own aspirations and goals and God-given purpose. Celebrate her achievements and be her biggest cheerleader. Encourage her to pursue her dreams and purpose, and offer your support along the way. 4 Practice servant leadership: As a Christian, you are called to lead your family with humility and a servant's heart. This means putting your wife's needs above your own and being willing to make sacrifices for her well- being.
Show love and affection: Expressing love and affection regularly is a great way to cherish your wife. This can be done through verbal affirmations, physical touch, and small gestures such as buying her favorite flowers, cooking her favorite meal, or dining at her favorite restaurant.

Pray together: Prayer is a powerful way to strengthen your relationship with your wife and with God. Make time to pray together regularly, and ask for guidance and wisdom as you navigate the ups and downs of married life.

Communication any marriage. Take the time to listen to your wife and understand her needs, desires, and concerns. Be open and honest with her, and work together to solve any problems that arise. is vital in
