Prices are subject to change and will be based on PO receipt date. Given the nature of our business and variety of merchandise, we reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices do not include any applicable local or state taxes. Payment Terms: Our preferred manner of receiving customer payments is ACH. To establish ACH payments please contact us at credit@highlineaftermarket.com. Our standard payment terms for customers who qualify for credit terms are 1% 10 days / Net 30. Cash on Delivery (COD) may pay by either ACH, check or credit card. Customers that choose to pay by Credit Card will be charged a 2.25% convenience fee. It is our policy to not accept credit cards for customers who have payment terms unless payment is submitted at the time of order. A $30 charge will be applied to all returned checks. Past Due Customers: We reserve the right to hold shipments for any customer who is past due or over their FMD & REA determined credit limit. Past due accounts paid by credit card will be charged a 3% convenience fee. Customer is liable for all legal costs if the account is placed in collection. Freight Policy: New York Metro Area: Prepaid - Minimum order is $500.00, Orders under $500.00 will be subject to a $25.00 charge for shipping and handling. Outside New York Metro Area: Prepaid - Minimum order is $1,500.00, Orders under $1,500.00 buyer will be resp nsible for the fr ight charges. Pick Up Orders less than $250.00 will be subject to a $25.00 Service Charge. Add On Orders are subject to minimum fr ight requirements. Shortages or Damages: DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENTS WITHOUT COUNTING CARTONS. All orders are shipped from FMD & REA come with a piece count on the bill of lading even if shrink-wrapped. To sign for wrapped pallets without counting cartons and checking for damages leaves the customer responsible and is not the responsibility of the freight company or FMD & REA. FMD & REA must be notified of any shortages or damages within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Freight Policy: As a value to our customers, we offer pre-paid freight on domestic orders of $500.00 or more before applicable taxes. Shortages or Damages: DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENTS WITHOUT COUNTING CARTONS. All orders are shipped from FMD & REA come with a piece count on the bill of lading even if shrink-wrapped. To sign for wrapped pallets without counting cartons and checking for damages leaves the customer responsible and is not the responsibility of the freight company or FMD & REA. FMD & REA must be notified of any shortages or damages within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Return Policy: No returns without written authorization. All returns must be initiated within 90 days of invoice date. Tool Warranty Policy: FMD & REA honors all manufacturer’s warranty policies. All broken or claimed defects will be replaced, credited or repaired depending on manufacturer’s policy. Abuse, misuse or altered items are not covered. Freight charges on new & defective tools are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return Policy: No returns without written authorization.
