folder gluer. It will move the prefeeder currently operating at CBI to WTC, where it will be linked with a 66-inch by 140- inch LMC 2-color rotary die cutter, which will automate and upgrade that press and reduce labor costs by going from a 3-man to a 2-man crew. These can be differentiators for any box maker. Fewer Bottlenecks, More Surge In LA To resolve the bottlenecks due to the surge coming off its high-speed Bobst flexo, CBI is reconfiguring its mainline to change the direction of flow to go away from its flexos and toward its J&L. lock bottom boxes and 4-corner trays. This will help our designer create a lot more customer products.” Continuing to leverage data and the benefits of its part- nership with suppliers, CBI is adding a brand new Alliance prefeeder to the new Bobst 66-inch by 145-inch inch flexo CB Group has leveraged its relationship with Alliance.
