How many listings actually had a budget allocated? How many people were kept waiting for months? Because in many places now, it’s not the substance but the perception that’s being managed. It’s not data being sold, but a story. It’s not real growth being marketed, but the feeling of growth. The problem is that it’s not the companies who pay the price for this, but the people looking for work. Especially the young. Over time, people begin to doubt themselves: “Am I not good enough?” “Why don’t I get a response?” “Why do I apply so much and get no result?” Yet sometimes the problem isn’t the person’s competence, but the system’s insincerity.
